Services

 

 

  • Installation and removal of signposts and signpost accessories for residential and commercial real estate.
  • Accessories include a number of different Riders. (Lot, Land, View, For Lease, Arrows, Name, etc.)
  • Pick-up and drop off of Agent signposts and signpost accessories.
  • All work is guaranteed.
  • Within 48 hours of order being placed signpost will be installed.
  • Office hours are Monday through Friday.
  • Installation days are Monday through Saturday.

 

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard

 

Client Sign Storage:

 

M.T.S. Services will gladly store Broker/Agent Signs at our facility at NO CHARGE to you.  Having M.T.S. Services store your signs can expedite your installation and provide more immediate exposure to the public.  All Broker/Agent Signs are clearly labeled and stored together at our facility.  This ensures that your sign will be installed at your listing.

 

All Broker/Agent Signs are, and will always be, your property.  If at any time you need one or more of your signs returned, just call your local M.T.S. Services office and we will make arrangements to deliver your signs promptly. 

 

All signs in the possession of M.T.S. Services are the responsibility of M.T.S. Services.  If any Broker/Agent owned Signs are stolen or damaged while in our facility they will be replaced at M.T.S. Services expense.  Once a Broker/Agent Sign has been installed at a listing site it is no longer M.T.S. Services responsibility.

 

Signs Stored at M.T.S. Services:

 

Once your online request is processed, we will then take a M.T.S. Services Signpost and one of your Signs, which is stored at our facility, out to your listing site.  We will then install the Signpost and hang your sign.  In the event all of your signs stored at M.T.S. Services are in use, we will call you immediately so you can make arrangements to get a sign installed on the post.  Not having one of your signs in our inventory will not slow the process of getting our Signpost installed.  We will still meet our commitment or you don’t pay for the installation.

 

To start having your signs stored at a M.T.S. Services facility, please call your local M.T.S. Services office.  You can then schedule an appointment to have a M.T.S. Services representative pick-up any or all of your signs.

 

Broker/Agent Signs Not Stored at M.T.S. Services:

 

If you choose not to have M.T.S. Services store your signs, it will be your responsibility to hang your sign on our Signpost once it is installed.  You will also need to remove the sign from the post prior to the removal of our post.

What are your hours of operation?

 

M.T.S. Services office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., excluding major holidays.  Installation and Removal Orders are completed Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. 

 

How long before my post gets installed?

 

Signposts will be installed within 48 hours of your order. 

 

What if I need a sign installed outside your Service Area?

 

Please call your local M.T.S. Services and we will help facilitate the installation

 

OK, I just started new service with M.T.S. Services. How do I get my signs to you?

 

M.T.S. Services will make the transition from your current signpost vendors as easy as possible.  We understand that you may have signs in storage, at the office, or installed at a listing.  No matter where your signs are located, we will ensure their transfer.  Please contact your local M.T.S. Services to make arrangements.

 

What if I want more that 1 (one) post for my listings?

 

You can order as many posts as you would like, but before doing so please check to see if the county, city or HOA have any rules against placing a post in the extra locations that you desire.  If you are ordering more than 1 post for a listing, you need to place a separate order for each installation.  Please be very specific as to where you would like each post placed.  To ensure the best possible customer service, we strongly suggest that agents flag the specific area for each post.

 

What if the M.T.S. Services Materials are missing, vandalized or broken?

 

There will be a charge for missing or damage materials.  M.T.S. Services will make every effort to recover and/or salvage materials.  We will contact the agent to discuss options before billing will take place.  Please contact your local M.T.S. Services for lost or damaged costs.  Thank you for your understanding.

 

What if my listing is a LOT or just Land?

 

Not a problem.  M.T.S. Services installs many posts for empty spaces of land.  All we ask is that you mark or flag exactly where you would like the post to be placed.  Also, a faxed drawing of where to look for the flag is very helpful.

 

What kind of riders (smaller additional signs) does M.T.S. Services provide?

 

The riders can be placed in a slot on the crossbar of the signpost, or they can be hung from the agent. More than one rider can be provided at a single listing.

 

What is M.T.S. Services Order Cancellation & Refund policy?

 

All notifications for cancellation of orders scheduled to be installed will be fully credited back to account if received before post has been installed.  Any notification for order cancellation after post has been installed will not be credited back.  Order cancellations received while driver is in route or at listing will be charged as a “Listing Visit” and the difference will be credited back to account.

 

I have my own steel frame signs, can you install them?

 

M.T.S. Services will gladly store and install agent owned Steel Frame Signs.

We will send you an email upon completion of your order.

 

How long is my order good thru?

 

Your signpost rental is good for one year from date of installation.  If you would like to extend your contract you must notify M.T.S. Services or sign will be removed.
